These are about the size of a staple, and they look so cute! They are so lightweight and barely there that I can sleep in them. They're also pretty secure in my ears. I've only had them fall out in bed or in the shower. Pro-tip: don't shower with these in; you'll think you've washed them down the drain and be super sad. I did actually find one in my bath tub and one in my sheets a few days after I thought I'd lost them forever. I am now more responsible about taking them out because they are so cute, and I want to keep them forever.

My friend adopted her child from Kazakhstan years ago, and they just recently made a trip there.
