It's a little glitchy with the cell coloring, but those are easy to fix with the saved color scheme. I would like to customize the book spines that appear in the shelves by importing the spine images, but I don't know if the images would remain linked with the book titles as more books get added. Either way. Great, user friendly product.

I bought a product but didn't receive it
The digital product you purchased can be found in your account, just log in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. Go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
Just remember that digital products cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app, only through a web browser!
Do I need to have a paid Canva account to use your products?
No, my templates only use free elements from Canva. All you need is a free account. Instructions on how to create a Canva account will be provided along with the purchased product.
I can't use the spreadsheet I purchased. Can you give me access?
No, every template shared to Google Sheets should be opened and then you must select File -> Make a copy -> Create a copy. This way, only you will have access to this file, and no other buyers will see your changes
Can your product be edited in different programs?
Each purchased product includes information IN WHICH PROGRAM IT CAN BE EDITED in, and I am not responsible for the product not functioning properly in a different program. If it is stated 'editable in Canva', then it is a product intended for Canva, not for Word
Are returns acceptable?
No, I do not accept returns on digital products. A digital product is characterized by the fact that it cannot be "packed and sent back" once you download it, it is already with you. If you have a problem with your order, you can always write to me, and we will find a solution, and if possible, we can exchange the product for another one.
