Our Journey with the Evil Eye: Healing Hearts to Protective Art
I come from a family of artists who run their own studio, creating unique designs of the "evil eye." My mother is the one who sketches and designs the figures especially for jewelries & home decors includes evil eye beads. As a family, we firmly believe in the protective power of the evil eye, providing safety and security.
Although I am a Bioengineer working to find a cure for cancer patients, I incorporate this family tradition into my work. To uplift my patients, I give them an evil eye charm made by my family, encouraging them to believe that it shields them from bad luck and negativity.
This spiritual connection with my patients not only inspires them but also motivates me, making me feel truly amazing. My patients are incredibly happy and genuinely believe in the spiritual power of evil eyes. It brings me so much joy to see them uplifted and holding on to life.
In 2016, my husband and I decided to share our designs on Etsy, and we even launched our own website. By 2020, our small workshop could no longer meet demand, so we partnered with production teams to keep up with our customers’ needs.
Today, we’ve grown into a big family. I have the most adorable kids, and I’m so grateful they get to witness our business thrive and be part of this healing journey.
