Standard shipment or express shipment?
Standard shipping takes 1-4 weeks depending on your location.
Express shipping takes up to 8 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that due to the holidays, the delivery time may be increased.
Are the packages packed securely?
Your order will be packed in two boxes: gift and transport. Parcels packed very reliable, do not worry.
What happens if you provide the wrong delivery address?
In case if the delivery address was indicated incorrect, contact us immediately and tell us the address where your order should be delivered. If your order is already sent, unfortunately there is no way to change the delivery address. When the package will be returned to us due to the fact that no one received it - we can send it to the correct one address, but you will need to pay extra for resending.
When is the best time to place an order?
The best is to place an order 2 months before your event, so there will be enough time, and you will receive your order in time.
Custom and personalized orders
If you want to change the accessory or add it to suit your wishes - write to me and we will discuss the changes in a short time. There are handmade goods only are presented in my shop, so you can make changes in accessories: color of materials (free), size, attachment types of hair accessories (free), as well as the type of fasteners on earrings (free).
Can I return accessory if it does not fit me?
If you want to return your order, you need to write to me within three days and ship it within two weeks after receiving. The package must be reliable packed and contents not damaged. All expenses for delivery back to Poland will be on you. After I will receive the parcel back from you, refund will be made with deduction of value of delivery cost to your country and Etsy and PayPal fees.
Return and exchange
All crowns and hair accessories are unique and handcrafted for your order. I only accept returns if the accessory was damaged during transport or does not match the declared product. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my handicraft.
