5 out of 5 starsI reached out to Ozzy inquiring about expedited shipping and really didn’t expect much. He quickly answered my questions and gave me an option to receive the pocket watch as a gift to my son in time for the wedding. He immediately created my order and shipped it out the next day. I am so pleased with shipping it arrived days before I need it. Ozzy created this gift/watch exactly as I wanted. Excellent seller he went above and beyond! I hope to use this seller again for another occasion.

5 out of 5 starsIt's not the sellers fault but just a heads up - it took 3 weeks to get to ON, Canada so order well in advance :-) It is a beautiful keepsake and the seller was very responsive and accomodating - thank you!

5 out of 5 starsMy son was so blown away with his gift. When I found this custom compass, I thought there was NO WAY it would get here in time... but I really needed a very special gift for my husband to give my son, his step son. My son's last name is WEST and mine and my husbands is SHIPPS. This custom compass bridged both our names together so perfectly. We all love it and might have to buy one for each of our other boys for Christmas!
