I was so excited to put my journal kit together, I didn’t even notice I was accidentally sent the A5 size instead of the A6, I reached out to Faith who responded immediately and offered to send the correct size if I wasn’t happy. I was still super happy with my purchase and went ahead and ordered the A6 size 🤍

5 out of 5 starsAmazing! I love my new journal so much! It’s always fun being able to pick your own specifics and do a little DIY, but Faith really stepped it up with her customer service as well! I put in my specifics and Faith reached out to me so quickly to check something with my order. I asked her to make a color choice for me (as my screen is not the best with color depiction), and she chose beautifully! Her responses were so courteous and so quick that she had my order shipped the next day! The charms she chose for my journal were absolutely perfect for me! Assembly was super quick and easy as well! I could not have asked for a better purchasing experience, and the beauty and quality of my new journal are superb! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you!!

5 out of 5 stars(Same review as before, because I purchased two very similar items!) Working with this maker was such a joyous experience! She was so fast in communicating, able to adjust the item to meet my needs perfectly and we had a very spontaneous random person life connection that just made my items even sweeter and more precious! Yall, I love my purchases!!! ❤️🙂
