Well over 20 years ago I started my online selling as a hobby with Turkish luxury bathrobes and after so many years of time and experience now we are evolving into a custom designing of robes with quality embroidery made in the United States. We are proudly a service-disabled veteran-owned small business and continue to serve our community by providing outstanding embroidery design service in Orange County, California Studio. Our family-owned manufacturing partner makes these robes and towels as blank in their factory in the Denizli region of Turkey with ring-spun cotton treads. Turkish cotton and towel manufacturing is very well known around the world for its high-quality standards with environmental responsibility meeting European Union and United States safety standards.
When we receive your order, we check for accuracy of information, any missing detail, and recommendations for a better design if necessary, Than our design process starts with digitizing your custom embroidery in our computer system with precise letter, and logo setting per customers specification. We carefully select the product you ordered and make quality control before and after shipping your item for any defects with visual inspection to make sure it is up to our standards before the item is embroidered and shipped. Tajima machines are used to place your design on the product and neatly folded and packaged for shipping.
