Fairall's Farm Adventures
Fairall's Farm came about in 2005 when we went to get chicks to have our own fresh eggs for our oldest son when he was eating so many eggs. We ended up with 55 chicks that year (I like variety and kept picking 5 of each chick variety) and decided to start selling extra veggies, eggs, and my handmade pottery at our local farmers market. We expanded in the egg business including duck eggs, expanded our garden several times, and now have expanded into prepared foods at our farmers markets as well as our handcrafted jam, relishes, sauces & so much more. We have been asked for years to offer our award winning jam online and I'm ecstatic to be able to offer these items online.
I personally make all jam in small batches in a certified kitchen using organic sugar, local fruit as much as possible (I do make a maiden voyage to Oregon once a summer to get some amazing berries that aren't available in our area) and have creating fun exciting flavors. Yummy food is my inspiration with none of the extra additives.
Thank you for sharing our passion!
