5 out of 5 starsDidn’t need customer service, but the professionalism of the entire package was great. I loved the shipping container, the note, the sticker (my kid appreciated the sour gummies, lol). Now on to the product, I love that the shop uses recycled resin to make new handle scales essentially minimizing the waste. They are sturdy, cut evenly, no warping or bowing of the scales. I’m in the middle of moving to a larger forge so once I’m settled and start putting hammer to steel, I’ll use these scales and post some photos. Thank you for being a good, reputable and quality shop. I’ll definitely be ordering from you again with the info in the shipping package
