4 out of 5 starsItems are great, took much longer than originally expected to arrive, but the customer support was responsive, and we got them with plenty of time to spare in the end

5 out of 5 starsShipping took longer than the estimation provided, but luckily they arrived the day before my wedding! The seller was very kind and reassuring when I reached out. The fans are super cute, durable, and were a hit with the guests. Would recommend, just allow plenty of time for shipping if you are international!

5 out of 5 starsArrived quickly and Francesca was very helpful in explaining shipping times and processing the order quickly as we didn't have much turnaround time. Thanks very much!

5 out of 5 starsThe fans look just like the pictures. They are really nice. Customer service was great. I thought they would be individually wrapped like the reviews but they weren’t. Also shipping took way longer than expected. I would recommend, but purchase way ahead of time. Shipping was about 6 weeks and I have to buy individual wraps for my fans.
