The item is beautiful but it did not meet my expectations. I specifically picked this one because of the longer thread thinking that it would lock when screwed in. It does not it keeps turning so it never locks into place. That is how I lost all my other labret rings.. from eating and talking it winds up unscrewing and falls out. This one will do the same so I will have to check it daily. I don’t want to loose the diamond. If I knew this I would not have purchased it therefore I do not recommend.
