Frequently asked questions

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! All of my items are designed and made by me, so I am able to customize any items that are not a listing for an "exact" item. Even on those items, I can usually reproduce something similar with your custom specifications. Custom orders will incur an extra cost and will take longer to ship than regular orders.

Why is the shipping time so long on some items?

I make all of my items myself and do not outsource to any manufacturers. This means that there may be many items queued up before yours, so it will take some time to make your items if they are made to order. Also, some of the things I make take several days to cure, especially custom silicone molds or resin masters.

"Exact" items will have a shorter shipping time, as they are already made and ready to be shipped!

Your terms say cancellation is not allowed, what if I made an order by mistake?

Please reach out! I am happy to completely cancel and refund any custom orders which I have not started, or any orders on "exact" items or made to order (non-custom) items which have not been shipped. If I have already started the custom order, I will cancel but there will be a 50% restocking fee due to materials being used. If the "exact" or made to order (non-custom) item has already shipped, you can process a return once the item has been received. No returns on custom orders, sorry!

Can I use your products to create things to sell commercially?

Yes! It is allowed and encouraged that molds and resin masters be used to make your own items, which you may sell as you please. I do request that you include the following credit in any online listings for these items:
