I have been on a bit of an adventure suffering chronic pain for endless years and trying to find a way through. I invested so much in my well being and mindset and through lots of self love, therapy, new beliefs (and wild swimming!) I learnt to free myself from the daily pain. Affirmations were a huge part of reframing my mind and telling myself a new story and so I combined my love for interiors, manifestation and my degree in Illustration to create my art prints so that others could benefit from daily reminders.

I have turned my pain into purpose and now help others with their mindset, gently guiding them and being their shining light until they can be their own.
I offer coaching, retreats, workshops and guidance along with my affirmation prints to remind you every day to become the best version of you!
