Cancellations - Shop Policy
You may cancel an order anytime before items have been sent to production (usually within 24hours). If a cancellation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested by our production team. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancellation is possible.
Refunds - Made to Order Physical Products Shop Policy
We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange if there is any damage to an order. This includes manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition within 30-days from the date of delivery
Our products are made to order and sent to processing after 24hours of the order being placed on Etsy. Please submit any cancellation or change requests within 24 hours of placing your order.
If an order has not been delivered in 30 calendar days (for domestic US or regional EU orders) or in 45 calendar days (for international orders), Please contact us within 1 week in order to be eligible for a replacement/refund
