It was a gift. The family loved it. Despite some delay at the border it was tricked in very good condition and the seller supported me throughout the whole process to track the package.

Super happy with it! I didn't realised the frame would be plastic instead of glass but it is still super great quality and beautifully made. It was also very very quick!!

My best purchase off Etsy so far. My friend who received this is absolutely delighted with the quality. To ensure everything was correct, such as the spelling of names, the seller (Cos) was in constant contact to ensure it was perfect. As it was a gift Cos went above and beyond. I highly recommend both Cos and this item.

We bought this as a wedding gift and we couldn't be more delighted with it. Cos was very helpful when I enquired if non-names would also work (example, place name). The initial proof had one minor typo but that was quickly corrected. Cos was prompt with delivery and we loved the item when it arrived. It will make a great wedding present with the scrabble letters spelling out the couples journey and their overall score! Would highly recommend.
