• Shipping
- Please know that I am not taking any responsibility for tax or another role that you have in your country to collect your order.
- For clients and our safety, we always send registered packages. Otherwise, it may easily get lost and we do not have any proof of where is it and who has collected it. And post offices usually do not take responsibility for that.
- Before ordering please find out everything about your country's shipping rules.
- PLEASE make sure to contact your local post with your tracking number if your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks.
If you are not collecting your item from the post office and it's coming back to us, it is not our responsibility to pay for repeated shipping back to you. So please know that if that happens we will gladly ship it again, but we'll have to ask you to pay repeated tax and shipping charges.

• Returns & exchanges
We do not replace items if you have ordered the wrong color or size. In our product options and description everything is mentioned. Just read them carefully and choose the option that suits your needs. Or contact us to be clear about everything.

• What is your processing time?
Our processing time varies. It is:
1-2 business days for bride hangers, place card samples.
3-4 business days for card holders (quantity up to 50 pieces), ring boxes, wax cones, party props;
5-... business days for card holders (quantity up to 150 pieces) and more products if you need them in larger quantities

We will do our best to shorten the making time, though it is important if you check your inbox for messages from us if we have some questions about personalization!
* NOTICE: If customer doesn’t respond within 24hrs – creating begins. Or if we can not understand the personalization at all, we may cancel the order when the processing time ends.

• How long will the delivery take? Will I get my order in time?
Regular delivery to the EU takes about 1-2 weeks To the USA and CAN about 2-3 weeks. For Australia and New Zealand, it may be 3-5 weeks and sometimes more. We also offer express shipping.
Tracking information will be provided so please check your email for shipping notification.

• Do you have express shipping?
We offer express delivery with UPS, it takes 1-2 business days to EU, 3-5 business days to the USA, and 3-7 business days to CAN.
You can choose it when placing the order or ask later and we will send you the shipping upgrade.

• Can you rush my order?
Send us a message and we will rush it if it is possible.
