5 out of 5 starsI ordered some shirts from Forever11Store for my son's birthday party, but unfortunately, they arrived too late for the event. The shirts themselves are really nice, and we were disappointed that we couldn't wear them on the day we had planned. Although shipping delays can be out of their control, the seller was very understanding and apologetic. They offered me a refund, but I felt that a 50% refund was fair since the shirts were still nice and we could find another occasion to wear them. Overall, I appreciate their customer service and willingness to make things right. The shirts are really cool, and I'm sure we'll find a use for them eventually!
