Here on some helpful tips you can use to take care of your new jewelry:
1. Remove your jewelry before swimming or exercising.
2. Put your jewelry on after your lotions and perfumes have dried.
3. Buff your jewelry with a microfiber cloth.
4. Store your jewelry in a secure plastic or cotton bag.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
All orders are normally shipped out within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We use USPS shipping carrier with tracking.
Packages are scanned throughout the shipping process. Some scans may be delayed, but your order is still in transit. If the tracking confirms the package as “DELIVERED” at the address provided, then Forever Mahogany is NOT liable for the lost, stolen, or misdelivered package.
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate address and safe delivery location.
