Color Variations & Uniqueness
Due to the use of natural dried flowers, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in shape, size, and color.Colors may also appear different depending on lighting and screen settings.I offer custom and personalized options. You can request color combinations, adjust quantities of specific colors, or mix styles based on your preferences.Available options are shown in each listing, but if you don’t see the exact combination you need, feel free to message me or leave a note in the personalization box at checkout. For example, if you selected ivory/lilac but would like lilac/peach instead (a combination not shown in the shop), simply include it in your note and I will make the adjustment.
Wrong Item
If you received the wrong item, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Urgent Orders / Faster Shipping
If you need your order by a specific date urgently, we recommend selecting USPS Priority shipping at checkout (2–3 business days).I ship orders the next day, and in some cases even the same day if placed early with note.However, I cannot guarantee delivery times once the package is with USPS. If your order is time-sensitive, upgrading your shipping method is the safest option.
Care instructions
Dried flowers are delicate and fragile. Please handle with care.Avoid holding the flower itself — hold the pin instead. This is not a plastic product and may break if handled roughly.To adjust or remove, use a small tool (like a pencil) instead of pulling.If purchasing in advance, store in a box away from direct sunlight.In dry conditions (heating), flowers may become more brittle; in more humid environments, they may be slightly more flexible.If you need a white color, we recommend purchasing 4–6 weeks before your event. The natural pigment in white flowers may develop a slightly yellowish tone over time. Dyed flowers will maintain their color.
Change Address
We can update the shipping address after purchase, but only before the order has been shipped.Once the package has been handed over to USPS, we are unable to make any changes.Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
marked as delivered but you haven’t received
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend the following steps:• Double-check your shipping address• Check around your property (porch, mailbox, side door, with neighbors, etc.)• Contact your local USPS post office to submit a service requestSometimes USPS scans packages as delivered before they actually arrive. The package may still be delivered the next business day or within a couple of days.Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend contacting your local police department.

Refund & Redelivery Policy
Due to the delicate nature of dried flowers, all sales are final. No returns or refunds.If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we can offer re-delivery.Orders marked as delivered are considered fulfilled and not eligible for refunds or replacements if received.If marked as delivered but not received, re-delivery may be available. A re-delivery shipping label must be purchased before reshipping.Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping is non-refundable.
