How do I download my files?
Log in on a web browser (not the app).
Your Account → Purchases & Reviews.
Find the order → Download Files.
(They save to your computer’s Downloads folder. On mobile/tablet, use a browser and a files app.)
Where can I print digital art and find a frame?
You can print at home, through a local shop such as FedEx Office, Walgreens or Staples, or with an online service such as Finerworks, Shutterfly, Snapfish or Vistaprint. Matte heavyweight or fine-art paper suits the painted artwork. Use a file that matches your chosen print size. Ready-made frames are available at home décor stores, craft stores and online retailers; a local framing shop can help with a custom fit. Check the included sizes before ordering a frame.
Can I get a refund on my digital purchase?
Because digital files are delivered instantly, returns, exchanges, and cancellations aren’t accepted. If you have trouble downloading or the file isn’t as described, message me and I’ll help.
How do I choose a size for a mailed print?
Choose from the sizes shown in the listing’s size menu. Available sizes vary by artwork. Check whether the print is horizontal, vertical or square before buying a frame. Cropping or paper spacing may vary slightly between sizes, as explained in the listing. If you’re unsure which size suits your space, send me a message.
Can I resell or use the digital artwork commercially?
Digital files are for personal use only. Please don’t resell, share or redistribute the files. If you’d like to use a design for your business, message me about licensing availability for that specific artwork before using it commercially.
How do I add art to my Samsung Frame TV?
Open SmartThings → select your Frame TV.
Art Mode → My Photos (or Gallery → Add item).
Choose the JPG → Save. If you don’t see it, place the file in a new album/folder and try again.
Tip: Brightness 5–7 looks most like a painting.
Can I return a mailed print, or get help if it arrives damaged?
Mailed prints are made to order, so returns or exchanges for a change of mind aren’t accepted. If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please message me within 7 days with clear photos so I can arrange a replacement. The individual listing explains the return and damage policy.
Will I receive a download or a mailed print? Is a frame included?
It depends on the listing. Frame TV art and printable digital downloads are JPG files available through Etsy once payment is confirmed; nothing is shipped. Listings in Mailed Fine Art Prints, marked PRINTED or MAILED, include one physical, unframed paper print in your selected size, made to order by Prodigi and shipped to you. No digital download is included with a mailed print. Frames, mats, TVs and furnishings in the photos are styling examples and aren’t included. Check each listing for sizes and delivery details.
When will my mailed print arrive, and how is it packaged?
Your print is made to order by Prodigi, my printing partner. Production normally takes 3–5 business days, followed by delivery. Check the estimated arrival dates in the listing and at checkout before ordering. Prints may arrive flat or rolled in protective packaging, depending on size.
What paper are mailed prints printed on?
My mailed prints are giclée reproductions on smooth matte fine-art paper. Check the individual listing for the paper weight and finish. Brushstrokes, canvas texture and aged-paper details are reproduced in the image; they are not raised paint. Colors can vary slightly between your screen and the finished print.
