I was kept updated throughout the process, shared a rough draft, and made sure I was completely happy before moving forward. It was clear that my satisfaction mattered. The finished canvases turned out absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. It's going to make the perfect Father's Day gift from one of the pups to his daddy! 5 out of 5 starsSo totally my mistake. I did not see the “proof” on the app at all/ literally was checking every day and app must have done some changes. And 3 days before my event i panicked and reached out. Figured out my error but shop owner got my order out and rushed it so I now have it on time. Product is great and exactly what I wanted….but for THAT customer service alone I would buy again it’ll a heartbeat ..it was after all my error.
