Custom and personalized orders

Care instructions
You can use all of our products as intended. We use food grade resin that is suitable for human consumption. To clean our products, I recommend using a 100% cotton cloth, available by request!
Using the cutting boards
We recommend using the backside of the cutting boards for, well, cutting! Use the front side of the board (the side with the resin on it) for food display or as decor! You can use the front side for cutting, but it will show signs of wear and tear much quicker using the front. When you use the back, you will leave the front looking brand new, even after years of use!
Clearance items
By purchasing a clearance item, you agree that the item MAY have flaws. If you are concerned with this, please send me a message prior to purchase, and I will be happy to let you know if this piece has flaws, and if so, show you updated photos of the product you are interested in. Please note that, as stated above, we do not accept returns on any clearance items.
Can I return my order?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, even in the event of shipping delays caused by the carrier.
