How long do custom orders take?

I consider all of these factors so that I can give accurate timelines.

How much are custom orders, and do you require prepayment?
The cost of custom orders depends are various factors, including the size of the project, the complexity, the style of beadwork, and whether I need to design it and/or order supplies.
Prepayment is only required if the custom request is very specific or personalized.
Where's my tracking number?
Tracking is only provided if you've selected it as a shipping option. For domestic purchases, 'free shipping' orders are mailed with an oversized letter stamp. Canada Post does not include tracking with these.
If you require tracking, please select it as an option, and note that there is an additional cost.
Where's my package?
All orders are mailed via Canada Post. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery within Canada; longer for international orders. If you need your package by a certain date, please select and pay for tracking.
How should I care for my beadwork?
Although beadwork is fairly durable, it's not indestructible. It is, after all, glass and thread.
Please store your beadwork carefully when not being worn.
Sun and heat can fade the colours over time.
Colours may also fade from rubbing on skin or becoming too wet.
