Before ordering, remember that computer monitors, cell phones, and tablets can vary in color and cannot always display textures/colors. If you are unsure of the color or texture, I do offer samples on most of my fabrics. type SAMPLE in search bar in shop and the listing will come up for you to purchase.

Please know because it is impossible to predict items purchasing or total weight shipping costs are what is listed. Please know that shipping overages will be reimbursed when warranted!

SIZE DETAILS/PATTERN:

The menu refers to the standard size pillow form/insert. For example: Our 18 x 18 pillow cover is made to fit a standard 18 x 18 pillow form. The finished dimensions of the cover itself will be .50 to 1 inch smaller, depending on the size ordered, this will ensure a proper snug fit that will give you a fuller finished pillow.

Pillow covers are cut at time of purchase. Design placements may be different do to were at in cut of fabric. Pillow covers are priced according to yardage and no waste. I do not center designs unless custom request order and cost will be higher do to waste.

Shipping

UK orders are now shipping Global Post!
Shipping overages reimbursed up to the nearest 1$
Almost all items are shipped via first class mail. With shipment notification and tracking.
North America: Same Day to 3-5 business days on average. Busy season 7 to 10
APO/FPO please make sure to select Priority Shipping option at checkout.


I ship Daily... Including Saturdays by Noon.

Custom Orders may be subject to a longer waiting period, IF material needs to be ordered. I will communicate with you via Etsy in regard to special requests or materials/patterns.

If you need your item/s sooner than USPS first class mail, PLEASE let me know and I will do my best to work with you.
additional charges will apply for the rushed items!

International orders are shipped via USPS. Any additional charges will apply. Please message me if you need me to look into that cost for you and I will be more than happy to help!
With USPS you will receive tracking. I am not responsible for lost items in the mail. If you would like to add insurance, please let me know and I will add that charge to your order for you.

Cancelations:
Orders must be cancelled within hour after purchase, for i order fabrics for orders placed daily.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please, if there is an issue with your purchase, contact me within 24 hours of delivery so that I may fix what the issue is promptly, IF fault of shop. If cover/s have been washed and dried there is zero return for I cannot resell.
Swatches available. Type 'sample' in search bar to order. No Refunds on Colors. or sizing or failure to read description. If need help determining how to measure for size, please message me before ordering! Order same size cover as insert. No Returns/ Custom orders. Returns sent back will not be opened and return to sender will be wrote on package and sent back to you.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

In the case of a return, shipping cost are refundable
and are the responsibility of the shop. IF fault of shop.


I am not responsible for items lost during shipping. If you would like shipping insurance, please contact me prior to purchasing your item/s.

If your address is incorrect in your etsy account and items mailed and returned to me you will need to pay to re send. no cancellation of returned orders.
