When will you ship my order and when can I have it?
Your pieces are handcrafted just for you. So preparing it usually takes 1-3 days for us. That means you'll have your piece within 2-7 business days after you ordered.
I wanna cancel my order or return my piece. What are your return policies?
You can cancel your order in 24 hours after you ordered. And you can return your piece in 14 days after you have your piece. All you need to do is write to us and we'll help you with anything, in a sad way.
Do you offer free shipping? And do I pay for the return fee if I wanna return my piece?
Yes, we have free shipping in all of your choices. And no, we send pre-paid return labels, meaning the return fee is on us.
