Custom and personalized orders
We accept personalized order, just tell me your idea and we provide CAD service too which will show the design of your ring. Many of our rings also can be customized to suit your preferences.
Processing time
Each ring is handmade with care by us. The normal production time is 3-4 weeks after placing order.
Rush Order
We offer rush order services for customers who require expedited processing or shipping. Additional fees $50 will be apply for rush orders.
And the shipping upgrade fee depending on the complexity and urgency of the request. Please contact me directly to inquire about shipping upgrade service availability and pricing before placing your order.
✨Please note that selecting a shipping upgrade does not necessarily expedite the production time of personalized or custom-made items.
Return Orders & Cancelation
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to return or cancel your order. Please review the seller's return and cancelation policies before making a purchase.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours, 30% of restocking fee will be charged if over 24 hours.
Return orders which nothing to do with quality, a restocking fee of $100 for each Gold ring will be deducted. And 30% for silver rings.
Those circusmastance cannot be returned:
- Custom rings.
- Ring with engraving.
- Full eternity ring
- Adjusted wedding band.
- Exceeding the return period(14 days).
Payment Plans
Please feel free contact us to discuss the details, the amount of the installment is up to you. But the minimum of first payment will be $100.
I will start making it when the payment amount exceeds half and will ship it out when the payment is full.
Ring Care Instructions
1:Proper care and maintenance will prolong the beauty and lifespan of your ring. We recommend removing your ring before engaging in activities such as swimming, showering, or exercising to prevent damage.
2:Clean your ring regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap to remove dirt and oils. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners, as they may damage delicate gemstones or metal finishes.
3:Store your ring in a clean, dry place when not in use, ideally in a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratching and tarnishing.
Warranty
We take pride of the quality of our craftsmanship.
If the side stone falls within 30 days, we will sent the accent stone to customer for free. But after 100 days, there will be repair fee be charged if the center stone fall or other man-made result.
