5 out of 5 starsThe puzzle is good quality. The picture came out vivid and exactly as it was sent. The seller was courteous and quick to respond. The shipping took a bit longer than expected. Some of the pieces were still stuck together as the backing was not completely cut through so I had to carefully pull them apart without tearing. Otherwise it was a good purchase and made a great gift.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift notes are free just check the box "this is a gift" and a box to put your message will appear.
Our products are packed in recyclable, environmentally friendly craft paper.
All light-up products are then packed again in a secure cardboard box to ensure damage-free delivery. For the rest of product models are packed envelope to ensure damage-free delivery.
Cancelations/ Refunds/ Returns
You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created. If a cancellation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible.
If an order arrives with manufacturing defects, the wrong size, or other obvious defects, we'd be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. However, if a customer simply changes their mind about a sale, it is unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered.
We do not require customers to return any items. Photo evidence will be sufficient for any discussion.

Orders are shipped from New Jersey (USA) and İstanbul (Turkey) worldwide. Deliveries usually take around 4-6 days.
