Hello and welcome to Gifty Woo
I’m Kirsty, the face, heart, and hands behind Gifty Woo.
Gifty Woo began in October 2022 from the living room of my home in Kent, with a very simple setup and a big dream. I’ve always known I wanted to build something of my own, but life has a way of changing our plans. Shortly after my son was born, my relationship broke down and I suddenly found myself navigating life as a single parent while working a 9–5 job that didn’t make me happy.
During that time, I realised I wanted more, not just for myself, but for my son too. I wanted to create something meaningful, something that allowed me to build a better future while doing something I truly loved.
That’s how Gifty Woo was born.
What started as a small idea and a handful of personalised products has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. Since those early days working from my living room, I’ve now processed over 30,000 orders, each one designed and created by me with care and love.
Personalised gifts hold a special place in my heart. I believe the most meaningful gifts are the ones made just for someone, the ones that celebrate a new baby, a special moment, or a memory that deserves to last forever. Every item I create is something I’ve personally designed, with the hope that it will bring joy to the person receiving it.
The last two years have been an incredible journey. In 2024, Gifty Woo was honoured to win Best Online Fashion Gift Shop – South East England and Leading Provider of Bespoke Baby & Children's Clothing – South East England in the Lux Life Style & Apparel Awards. I was also incredibly proud to be recognised by Dragons’ Den star Theo Paphitis, winning his Small Business Sunday Award.
But the thing I’m most proud of isn’t the awards — it’s the community of customers who choose to support my small business every single day.
