It did have a delay getting to Hawaii but when I reached out to the seller they responded promptly and under suspicion of it being lost, immediately sent out a replacement just in case. The wallpaper ended up being perfect and exactly as pictured!

Will I need to pay any duty or customs fees?
◆ USA
No worries, you don't need to pay anything extra. Although the U.S. has added a 10% import duty on goods, we cover this cost for you.
◆ EU & UK
As long as your order is under €150, VAT is already collected at checkout by Etsy, so you won't need to pay it again.
👉 Please keep in mind, though, that some countries may still apply additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are set by local regulations. If you ever have questions, I'll be happy to assist.
How to order the correct size?
1. Measure your wall HEIGHT and choose the Height (Size) of rolls you need from the drop-down menu.
2. Choose the material.
3. Determine the quantity of rolls to order:
- Measure the WIDTH of the wall in inches.
- Divide the width by 30"(76cm).
- Round that number up to the whole number.
Example of measurements in inches: 110 inches wide wall ÷ 30" = 3.7. That would mean you need to order 4 panels.
4. Add the QUANTITY of panels needed to cover your wall width.

I do individual sizes as well, be sure to write to me if you have not found a suitable size.
How long until I get my delivery?
Printing process takes 1 - 3 days , we can give the shipping company and they are delivered to 5-10 day to you.
Returns and Damaged Items
We do not accept returns as our wallpapers are made-to-order.
It your order was damaged during shipment let us know and we'll send a replacement free of charge.
We'll need a picture of the package and wallpaper damaged for insurance.
