4 out of 5 starsItem arrived packaged carefully and on time. Unfortunately, today (10/16/26) is the first time I took a close look at the names of my grandchildren (on the shirt sleeve) and noticed the words "Heart Shaped ♥" with the heart symbol embroidered on the shirt sleeve. If the seller sent me a proof before the embroidering was done, I would have caught this error. I also should have known to look more closely at the actual product when it arrived (I deducted 1 star for Customer Service.).

5 out of 5 starsI ordered this as a gift for someone but I misjudged the size. After a conversation with them, they graciously offered to send me the other size free of charge. Very good customer support and truly values your satisfaction with their product.
