I had a design in mind for a ring and I’ve seen other shops with this design but for more than I wanted to spend. I reached out to this shop and they offered to do it for a pretty incredible price considering my ring uses a lot of gold. Once I received the ring, I had it verified and made sure the IGI inscription on the diamond matched the paperwork (which it did) and they gave me quite a great diamond which wasn’t even requested. There were very light imperfections on the rail when magnified, but nothing noticeable in normal wear and definitely expected for the price. The design is exactly what I asked for and the ring feels solid and well made. It was such a good deal and I’ll definitely be back for the band later on.

- We have a simple procedure for Customized order, the steps are as below
(A) Start a conversation with us and send us the message asking for Customized Jewelry. You will get a reply within a few hours.
(B) Send us the design you would like to make it, or discuss the idea with us, we will design it for you.
(C) We will make CAD and will send it for approval.
(D) Upon CAD approval, we will start to cut and polish the perfect Moissanite stone for you.
(E) After that, we will start to make your custom Jewelry.
- We can make Jewelry in 925 Sterling Silver, Platinum, 10KT, 14KT and 18KT solid gold with three metal tone Color like White, Yellow, and Rose Gold.

Yes, We do provide payment plans, customers can pay us in Installments (monthly/weekly). It can be a maximum of up to 3 months and will be divided equally. The making of the order will be started once we received 50% of the order value. The order will be shipped once the Final Payment is received.

What About Rush Orders?
Rush Order is acceptable and cost $50 Extra only!! The item would be completed within 2 business days and shipped 4-5 business days to most destinations.

Custom and personalized orders
We offer fully insured, fast, free shipping via FEDEX/ USPS on all purchases within the USA.
We offer free insured shipping for customers in Europe and Australia, however custom duties and taxes will be at customer’s expense. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

Can I return a custom or engraved piece?
Unfortunately, custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Who pays for return shipping?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless we’ve made an error or the item arrived damaged due to our fault.
What if my item is lost during return shipping?
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.
