Broken Mini / Transit Damage Free Replacement Policy (USA BUYERS ONLY)
USA Buyers only: If something arrives broken, we will replace it for free once provided with a picture of the broken item and packaging via direct message here on Etsy (NOT via Facebook or email).
Broken items must be reported within *5* days of the item being marked as "delivered" on the tracking in order to receive a free replacement.
Sizing details
Please ask sizing questions PRIOR to ordering! Scale can vary between sculptors and vary even more so between commercial miniature manufacturers. We do our best to put sizing on the listings.
My D&D minis are all in the range of 32mm. Most line up well with Reaper Bones miniature line.
My SW products are in Legion scale (~ 1.55in tall, 1/47 - 1/50 scale). Many minis are in action poses, so a hunched over mini may seem smaller, but they are truly in scale. Some heads may be smaller due to non-heroic sizing.
Due to the time and costs required, we are not able to accommodate rescales of any kind at this time.
Assembly Info and Recommendations
Many Skullforge models are 1 piece models. Some Dark Fire Designs models are single piece, while many of the trooper squads are 2 or 3 piece models (helmet, body, backpack).
Minis coming in several pieces can be assembled using any cyanoacrylate super glue. We personally recommend Gorilla Glue Gel, as it does not drip and holds well. Plastic Weld or Glue will NOT work, as the resin does not have the correct polymers to react with it.
Most sabers come detached from the model for safety during shipping. If you have trouble attaching the blades, we recommend trying a glue accelerator to reduce the curing time.
