I am very strict to the gems quality, every piece of my gem has to be strictly natural, conflict free and certified, untreated and unheated. And our jewelry box as a free gift to customer was also a designer piece designed by my sister who once won an international jewelry designing completion. And I also own a quality control team who is responsible for double checking the quality of any piece of jewelry that is about to be shipped freely for the customer.
