Frequently asked questions
Sticker + Patch General Tracking Issues
If you've placed an order consisting of only patches and/or stickers (with free shipping) please know that the tracking can be VERY unreliable. This can cause the following issues:
>Item marked as delivered but is nowhere to be found
>Item appearing stuck at origin facility for days/weeks
>Item taking longer than usual to arrive
Regardless of these issues, your item will MOST LIKELY still show up! If 3 weeks pass from the date of shipping (NOT from purchase) and your item is not delivered please reach out to me and I'll send a free replacement- but only after 3 weeks!
Less than 0.1% of my orders actually fail to arrive. Please allow grace to both the seller and to your post office workers, and allow time for your order to arrive. Thanks!
Do you offer Bulk Discounts?
Yes! If you would like to purchase my wares in bulk for an event, to hand out, or for a a group or organization (or all of the above) I'm more than happy to offer a discount, or work within a budget. Please message me here on Etsy with further questions and I will answer within 24 hours.
Can I purchase your digital files?
Yes! If you'd like a custom size not offered in shop, have a personal project, or would like to avoid international shipping costs, I'm more than happy to sell my digital files. Please reach out to me here on Etsy for further details.
Digital files are for PERSONAL USE only. If you purchase the design, you MAY NOT sell anything with the design for any reason whatsoever.
