HOLLER REVIVAL PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains how Holler Revival, based in Pikeville, Kentucky, uses personal information received through purchases, inquiries, and customer support on Etsy. It covers information handled by this shop. Etsy handles information separately under its own privacy policy.

INFORMATION I RECEIVE

When you purchase or contact me, Etsy may provide your name, email address, order details, billing or address information, and any information you choose to include in messages.

Payments are processed through Etsy and its payment providers. I do not receive your full credit card details.

HOW I USE YOUR INFORMATION

I use buyer information as necessary to:

• Fulfill purchases and help with digital downloads.
• Respond to questions and provide customer support.
• Resolve order issues or disputes.
• Maintain required business and tax records.
• Comply with legal obligations and Etsy’s policies.

Where applicable, the grounds for these uses include fulfilling your purchase agreement, meeting legal obligations, and my legitimate interests in operating and supporting the shop.

MARKETING

I do not sell or rent buyer information. Purchasing from Holler Revival does not add you to an email marketing list. I will obtain any required consent before using your information for marketing.

WHEN INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED

I share information only when necessary to operate the shop—for example, with Etsy to provide services and resolve order issues, or with professional advisers or authorities when required for accounting, legal obligations, or protecting legal rights.

DATA RETENTION

I keep information only as long as reasonably needed for customer support, business records, dispute resolution, and legal or tax requirements. Etsy controls retention of information held on its own systems.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. You may also have the right to raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
