Great quality mug and excellent customer service. Had issues with shipping at no fault of the seller. (Canada Post Strike). Seller kept good communication and opened a claim. Item arrived a few days after the claim was open. Seller also mentioned they would make a new one if this one didn't arrive. Highly recommend and will be ordering again.
