4 out of 5 starsWe love this piece so much! It is beautiful and well made and communication was easy and shipping was on time and convenient. This would have been an easy 5 stars except for one slight point. I ordered the 18x18 wanting it to be a statement piece, and while the frame adds some size, the artistic image itself is only ~14.5x14.5. While it’s still beautiful it’s overall just slightly smaller than I expected given the size selection was pre framing decision. I’m overall very pleased, but might recommend sizing up or clarify the dimensions of the image itself for future purchasers.

5 out of 5 starsOur ketubah is beautiful, and we are so pleased with the quality. Emma was also incredibly helpful — she made it very easy to use our custom text (we provided both English and Hebrew), and when shipping was delayed, she reached out to the production facility immediately to get us an update and some information. A note on pens: this paper is beautiful, but also very textured. We purchased a pack of Pigma Microns (we used the size 10), and while they worked, it wasn't the easiest thing to sign. Emma includes a piece of spare paper, make sure you get archival ink and do some test runs before you sign the real thing.

She used our custom text and was so incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating throughout the entire process. It was also packed very safe and thoughtfully to avoid damage when shipping and opening. US customers
