Frequently asked questions
Is my invitation deposit refundable?
Short answer:
The deposit is eligible for refund until the proofing process has begun. Once the consultation form has been submitted, the deposit becomes nonrefundable.
Long answer:
Deposits made on invitation sets are design fees and are refundable only until the proofing process has started.
After a deposit is purchased, you will fill out the consultation form with all of the details needed for us to draft your proof. Once the form is submitted to us, we will begin working on your invitations immediately. At this point, the proofing process has begun, and the deposit is no longer refundable.
Does my invitation deposit go towards my order total?
Yes, your deposit will be deducted from your final order total.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? (Invitations)
Please see the listing descriptions for details on turnaround times.
If you need something by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to work with you within your timeframe. Rush fees may apply.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? (Other printed items - save the dates, welcome signs, door hangers, etc)
Once the final digital proof has been approved and sent to print, your save the dates should take approximately 7-10 business days to be delivered. For small magnets (2" x 3.5") and door hangers, please add on an additional 3-4 days for processing and assembly.
The amount of time it takes for an order to be sent to print after purchase depends on how quickly you approve the final proof that is sent. A delay in response time will delay the order's arrival from the date of purchase.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? (Digital items)
• Instant download templates: Templates are available instantly. Please see the listing description for more details.
• Other digital files: If we are doing the editing for you, then the standard time applies - a digital proof will be sent to you within 1-2 business days. If any changes or revisions are required, they will be sent back to you on the same or next business day (depending on when we receive the request for the changes). A final proof will be sent to you for approval before we send over the final high resolution file for you.
How long does it take for my order to be “sent to print”? (Other printed items - save the dates, welcome signs, door hangers, etc)
The amount of time it takes for an order to be sent to print after purchase depends on how quickly you approve the final proof that is sent. A delay in response time will delay the order's arrival from the date of purchase.
Once an order is placed, a digital proof will be sent to you within 1-2 business days. If any changes or revisions are required, they will be sent back to you on the same or next business day (depending on when we receive the request for changes).
A final proof will be sent to you for a final approval before it's sent off to print.
Once the final proof is approved, I will send your order off to the printer with the next batch of orders. I send orders to be printed approximately every other day.
What happens if I don’t respond to approve the proof? (Other printed items - save the dates, welcome signs, door hangers, etc)
I will make several attempts to contact you via both Etsy messages and the email that you have on file with Etsy.
If I do not get a response back within a week, I will send your design to print as is. If your proof had more than one design to choose from, I will choose the version of the design that I feel best represents what you were looking for.
Refunds are not available once items are sent to print.
