The story behind us
Hi there! We’re Hoiwun and Guido — the duo behind Only Patches.
We come from opposite sides of the world — Hong Kong and Argentina — and now call Belgium home. Our story began with a long-distance relationship that took us across continents, and eventually led us to build a life (and a business!) together.
In 2022, we launched our first Etsy shop, YuyiStitch, transforming customer ideas into embroidered products. What started as a passion project soon grew thanks to the amazing feedback we received. We realized how much people appreciated not just our quality, but the care and story behind each order.
That’s when Only Patches was born — a dedicated space for all things patches.
From embroidered and woven styles to PVC and sublimated prints, we offer custom-made patches with no minimum order, suitable for everything from apparel and uniforms to events, branding, and creative projects. Iron-on, Velcro, or sew-on? You choose.
Today, I (Hoiwun) focus full-time on designing and managing the shop, while Guido supports on weekends with photography, sourcing, and operations — all while working as a full-time procurement manager. Together, we handle everything from design to production to packaging, right here in Belgium.
Each patch we make reflects our journey — a mix of cultures, craftsmanship, and creativity. Whether you’re a business owner, a creator, or just want something custom-made and meaningful, we’re here to bring your vision to life.
