No prices or order details are included in the packages as most of our items are sent as gifts.
Can I change the items in the gift box?
If you would like any customisation/swaps of products included in your order please send me a message and I will do my very best to help.
Can I add a gift note to my order?
You can add a gift note for free to any order. You can leave your gift message at checkout.
Will there be postage labels on the box?
No. We send your items in a branded, recyclable mailing bag so they're in the perfect condition for gifting when they arrive.
What happens if I'm ordering in advance of an occasion?
We can pop a 'No peeking until...' sticker on the packaging. Just let us know the date you'd like us to write (you can do this by leaving a note with your order at checkout or sending a quick message).
