HamsterMixologists

How would you feel if you had to eat bland, tasteless food for the whole of your life? The same boring food every single day with absolutely no variation whatsoever. Pretty rubbish, right? So why feed your adorable little hamster like that?

Just think about it – most commercial hamster food available in pet stores is so bland and boring! To make matters worse, it can be predominantly made up of pellets, which are often highly processed to the extent that, well, they barely resemble food at all.

Before we got our first hamster, Bean, we wanted to make sure we were doing things right. But when we started researching a hamster’s diet, we soon became distressed at the lack of exciting, varied, and nutritious hamster food mixes on the market. And the more we researched the diet of different hamster species in their natural habitat, the less adequate the food available seemed. Now, after over a year of careful research and deliberation, we at the Hamster Mixologists have developed a selection of food mixes which are:
• Nutritionally complete
• Made from 100% natural unprocessed whole-foods
• Free from dyes, preservatives, and added sugars
• Species-specific and age-specific
• Hand-made and packed in the UK

We are proud to offer you six different premium food mixes, to meet your hamster’s nutritional needs whatever their species or stage of life:
• Premium Syrian Hamster Food Mix (Baby)
• Premium Syrian Hamster Food Mix (Adult)
• Premium Syrian Hamster Food Mix (Elderly)
• Premium Dwarf Hamster Food Mix (Baby)
• Premium Dwarf Hamster Food Mix (Adult)
• Premium Dwarf Hamster Food Mix (Elderly)

Alongside these main mixes, we have also created several additional hamster food products, including a Syrian Hamster Spray Bundle, a Dwarf Hamster Spray Bundle, an Ultimate Forage Mix, and a Luxury Floral Mix. These products are designed to provide your hamster with extra enrichment in the form of different tastes, smells, and textures and encourage them to exhibit natural foraging behaviour, just as they would in the wild.

Of course, the struggle for species appropriate hamster care extends beyond just food. Sadly, most of the hamster products sold in large pet stores, from cages and wheels to bedding and hideouts, are woefully inadequate. However, every time you support a small business promoting species appropriate hamster care, you help to play your part in providing these wonderful animals with the life they deserve.

Become a part of the ethical hamster revolution.

Thank you so much – Ollie, Annie, Bean and Gerry x
