Shipping

I will send your order as soon as possible and it will be sent as registered airmail with a tracking number. Unfortunately tracking pages don't always work correctly so don't worry if you cannot track your package. Feel free to contact me for assistance with it!

If you haven't got your order in 4 weeks, please, contact me and I will make an official search request to our post just in case if your package was lost. If they wouldn't find it within 2 weeks after that I will send you other stuff from my shop on your choice as replacement or will issue refund.

Please, mind there might be taxes for goods coming from abroad. The seller is not responsible for paying them.

Usually it takes 10-20 days to deliver a parcel from Estonia/ Ukraine to USA, Canada, 3-4 weeks to deliver to Australia, up to 1 week within Europe and 3-4 weeks to Asia and South America.

URGENT ORDERS: do contact us if you need your goods within next several days and you are in USA. We usually have some sets in a warehouse ready for 1-2 days US delivery. We also can arrange DHL Express delivery.

Additional policies and FAQs

ATTENTION: make sure you make no washing or pouring water over the hearts you purchased. They can be wiped and then dried though. Please, keep them a dry place with low humidity to help them stay with you for long long years.
