5 out of 5 starsThe neon sign was packaged super well and felt super secure when opening up. There is very good customer service with quick responses and a fast delivery. The process was also very simple! The product looks absolutely awesome and was used for my wedding. My wife and I now have the sign lighting up our living room and it definitely is something all of our guests took notice of! Fantastic product, I’m so happy with it. Definitely recommend.

They catered to all our requests for this custom sign, and on top of all the great customer service, they delivered the PERFECT neon sign in less than a week from ordering!! She expedited things since we were having a housewarming party the following week, and we could not be more thankful! The sign itself is so amazing - it’s exactly how we had hoped it would be. Thank you so much!!!

I ordered a custom LED light for my nephew Talon and initially misunderstood the pricing, thinking it was around $19 when the total was actually closer to $121 after the discount, completely my mistake! The owner was absolutely wonderful about it. They were so friendly, patient and accommodating, and explained everything clearly without ever making me feel silly or uncomfortable for misunderstanding. They made sure I knew exactly what I was purchasing before proceeding, and because they were so genuine and helpful, I felt completely comfortable continuing with my order. Amazing customer service and such a pleasant experience. I loved the neon light and can't wait to see my nephew love it too! Highly recommend! ❤️
