When will my order ship out?
Most orders will ship out within 1-3 business days of placing your order. If it is a custom order it may take 2 business days longer.
Can I ask you to create a special order for me?
Yes! Please message me through Etsy and I'll see what I an do!
Gift wrapping and packaging
Since most items are party decorations or gift card holder, cash holders, I cannot add a gift message even though Etsy may allow you to in checkout.
How do I submit my photo for my custom item?
Start a message with me and you should see a little camera icon if on your phone or a little image icon if on a PC. If you still don't see it then go ahead and send a message saying "Trying to send my photo" and then after sending the icon should show up.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes, please message me before completing checkout and I can create a custom listing for you, there will be a $15 surcharge for express production.
Can I get my order ASAP?
It may be a possibility, I charge a $15.00 Rush Fee as well as $15.00 for UPS 2nd Day Air. For Next Day shipping it is $50.00.
Custom Order Proof Revisions
I only do proofs for custom orders when it is requested. The first 2 are free but after that they are $2.00 per revision
