Hello! Thank you for your review. I would be frustrated too if the lines was still there. There is an easy fix—you have left the transfer backing tape on, that needs to be removed. Use a straight edged tool such as a credit card and swipe/press the design down to stick to the car. Peel the transfer backing off a few inches at a time to ensure you can keep the design on the car. I’ve included instructions on your package. Can you let me know if it was missing?

5 out of 5 starsVery well made. It's super cute. Make sure to pay attention when putting it on as the decal has a lot of thin lines, and it's easy to miss parts of it not coming off the backing.
