I am a graduated Goldsmith with specialization in finish and quality control. The first tag that i made was for a friend that had lost his dog and luckily found him near his home. He asked me to make a tag for him, which i was happy to make. Since then i found that making tags ID for our beloved companions is something really important and makes the difference.

When will my order arrive?
Our processing time is 1-5 business days, depending on the season. You will always receive tracking information when your package is shipped. Usual delivery time is 10-15 days.
Custom and personalized orders
Our tags are always soldered together to offer maximum durability. We provide as well jump rings to secure the tag on the collar. The tags are always made with long lasting lifetime in mind, checking for quality control before we ship the order to you.
Can you add a second phone number?
A second number can definitely fit on the tags that have an element in front. For the other tags please ask us first.
Sizing details
Most tags with round circle are at 3 cm / 1.18 Inches Diameter. Other tags include information in description about their size.
Wholesale availability
Wholesale orders are welcomed, and can be made without any stamping for you to engrave them in laser or cnc.
Can you add address?

Care instructions
Solid brass tags can naturally react with moisture (water from baths, rain, etc.) and chemicals found in certain pet sprays (like detanglers or flea treatments).
To help prevent this and keep your tag looking its best:
Keep it Dry: Wipe the tag dry after your dog gets wet (e.g., after baths, swimming, or walks in the rain). Prolonged exposure to moisture can cause tarnishing that may transfer to fur.
Avoid Sprays: Try to avoid spraying products like detanglers, flea/tick treatments, or medicated sprays directly onto the tag or the fur immediately around it. The chemicals and moisture in these sprays can react with the brass.
Regular Cleaning: A quick wipe with a soft cloth can help remove any residue.
