How come the hyperlinks don't work?
For the hyperlinks to work on GoodNotes, please ensure the “Read-Only” option is selected.
It is located at the top bar, on the right and looks like a crossed out pencil.
How do I download the files I purchased?
Once payment has been confirmed, you can access the downloads by going under the “You” tab and then going into “Purchases and Reviews”. Find the order you placed with HAPPY THAT GIRL and click on “Download Files”. You will then be taken to a downloads page for your order. Click “Download” next to the files you want to download.
Please note that digital downloads are NOT currently available on the Etsy app – you will need to log into Etsy in your web browser Google Chrome.
If you purchased our products as a Guest on Etsy, you should have received an automatic email from Etsy with the download links.
Check your email you used to make your purchase.
Otherwise, please message me on Etsy and I will happily help!
Can I re-sell your planners?
Sorry, no. HAPPY THAT GIRL products are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
It CANNOT be redistributed, resold, altered, or used commercially in any way.
Can I return/exchange your planners?
Unfortunately no. Due to the digital nature of our products, we CANNOT accept returns/refunds/exchanges (because digital products cannot actually be refunded). Thanks for your understanding!
