For digital prints, how will I get my files after purchase?
Once your payment is complete, Etsy will send you an email with a download link. You can also access your purchased files through the “Your Purchases” section on Etsy.
📣 Please note: The Etsy mobile app does not display the download link. To access your files, please use the Etsy website in a browser, either on your mobile device or desktop.
What you will receive is a PDF file containing instructions on how to download your artwork.
For digital files, what is the maximum print size?
All prints can be printed at least on 20 × 30in at 300DPI (very high resolution) and some go up to 30 × 45in. If unsure and you need a large scale print - please get in touch and in most cases I can increase the resolution.
For digital files, what file formats do you provide?
By default, the files will come as JPEG, but if needed I will be happy to change them to PNG and PDF.
For printed artwork, where are the prints printed and sent from?
Prints are produced locally in the region where the customer is based, helping avoid additional tariffs or customs fees and ensuring faster shipping. US orders are printed and shipped from the US, EU orders from the EU, and UK orders from the UK.
For printed artwork, does the size refer to each print, and does the price include the whole set?
For printed artwork, the size indicated refers to the dimensions of each individual print. The price includes the complete set whenever a listing contains multiple prints. If you’re looking for a size that isn’t currently available, feel free to message me - I may be able to accommodate a custom size.
Does artwork come with a white border or without?
Prints are printed edge to edge so there is no white border by default. However, if you would like to have a white border - please DM me and I can add it.
