Each item is carefully wrapped in tissue and then bubble wrapped for added protection. It comes to you in a fancy saree silk pouch appropriate for gifting.
I box it if needed prior to shipping.
If you need special packaging do let me know - I offer multiple eco-friendly and handmade packaging options.
I can also ship directly to the giftee if you so wish. Please include the instruction in your payment as a note to seller.

In most cases I can work out changes to the size of a chain if needed. Please convo me to work this out for me if you need a longer or shortened chain.

Some of my jewelry is available for wholesale and I have the experience of many successful wholesale partnerships. Please convo me in case you would like to explore this option.

Please keep each piece individually wrapped in tissue and in a closed, cool, dry place. Gemstones and copper wire both can get scratched if stored along with other jewelry without packing. Lampwork beads also can tend to break or lose their freshness from scratches or abrasion.

Do not use silver polish on copper. Many silver polishes have abrasives that can scratch the soft surface of copper.

I accept returns within 10 days, and only if the item you have received is different from the piece you ordered. You will be given in-store credit for the refund value. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Items that do not meet these standards will not be eligible.
