For smooth and secure delivery, please make sure to leave your email address and phone number when placing your order. Many international couriers require this information to contact you for delivery updates or customs clearance.

💌 Your details will only be used for shipping purposes. Providing them helps prevent delays, ensures faster delivery, and allows the courier to reach you if needed.

If something isn’t right, I’m here to support you.

If your item arrives damaged or not as ordered:
• Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item
• I will gladly offer an exchange or replacement at no additional cost

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:
• The item must be returned in its original condition (unused, unworn, unaltered)
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Absolutely lovely dress. I am usually a size 14/16 with a small chest and this dress fits me great! Had a lil shipping misunderstanding and the seller was very responsive and took care of it! I'm in love with this dress. Can't wait to wear it for some photo shoots 🤍

The trousers have a very nice cut and are of good, heavy quality. Unfortunately, size M/L was too big for me at 1.72m and 65kg, so I passed them on.

My husband likes these socks. Took a while to decide because they are on the snug side. He wears a 8.5 to 9. They do loosen up through the day and he's found them comfortable with his work boots. have hand washed and didn't have any significant shrinking issues either 👍
